**1. Customs Duties & Taxes (DDU vs. DDP) – IMPORTANT**
- **DDU (Duty Unpaid):** This is our default shipping term. The **receiver** in the destination country is responsible for paying all local import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees upon delivery. Bombino Express does not collect these charges at checkout.

- Individual parcels must not exceed **30kg** per box.
